Strengthening Internal Trainer System Implementation Work 

      As a study and growth type enterprise developing rapidly, our company always implements long-term talent cultivation as an enterprise human resource strategy. Succeeding the establishment of an internal job title assessment system in 2007, the company keeps on improving the professional marketing qualities of its employees. The “internal trainer system” will be implemented and launched formally as an important link of the human resource guarantee system soon. 

      

      Training is a management function of enterprise and even more a motive power of enterprise development. Enterprise training needs to be promoted by a complete system and mechanism. Establishing a scientific, rational, systematic enterprise training system is indispensible, and a very crucial link in it is the establishment and operation of an enterprise internal trainer system. 

    

      Therefore, we will define the criteria strictly and the trainers will be assumed by those managerial people above intermediate level (inclusive) and those achieving a professional qualification above intermediate marketer (inclusive) in Tianfu. They assume important roles in the company management and operation themselves, have rich marketing and management experiences and are able to comprehend and apply the enterprise culture and the core spirit of the company correctly. By acting as internal trainers, they can play a very good role of “preaching, imparting knowledge and clearing up confusions” and provide trainings closest to practical work to employees. 

    

      The internal trainers will arrange at least one-time training in each quarter. After accumulation to certain class hours, a trainer can be specially engaged as a senior trainer, advanced trainer, chief trainer according to the contribution to training and the training effect. The first group of internal trainers specially engaged by the job title assessment commission of the company will begin to promote relevant work in April. 

  

       The formal implementation and launching of the internal trainer system can effectively promote and perfect the internal training system of the enterprise, accumulate and deposit the unique knowledge management of the company and provide an intelligent support and a talent guarantee for the rapid development of the company.
