Tianfu (China) Company Internal Job Title Level Standard (Draft)

 

Started from 2007, Tianfu (China) Company internal titles examination has a history of 8 years. As an important part of the company’s internal human resources strategy and effective incentive mechanism, the internal title examination has promoted and encouraged employees to learn and progress, being the company’s important institution guarantee to establish knowledge and research based sound enterprise.


Five levels are currently set up for the internal job title assessment system: salesman, marketing staff, intermediate marketing staff, sub-senior marketing staff and senior marketing staff. To further clarify Tianfu Company standard and actual internal titles content, the “Tianfu (China) Company Internal Job Title Level Standard” (Draft) is made with the qualification of various titles described as below:


I. Salesman qualifications:

Master and apply basic marketing theories and skills in practical works, able to handle general clerk works.


Specific requirements:

  • Basic concepts of marketing and sales; demands, terminals, promotional activities, brands, product, consumer, advertising, market research, market, industry and other terminologies and content and applications;
  • Mastering relevant basic business processes; mastery and use of basic financial accounting knowledge; basic understanding of public relations capabilities and related business laws and regulations;
  • Equipped with marketing staff professionalism;
  • Basic understanding of the company’s philosophy and mastery of the company’s rules;

  • Teamwork awareness building; good communication skills. 


II. Marketing staff qualifications:

In addition to the basic qualities of salesman, a deeper understanding of brand marketing concept and ideas; basic brand marketing management; able to independently organize and launch brand marketing works such as developing promotional activities plans, effectively organization and the effective mastery and analyzing skills, etc.


Specific requirements:

  • Organizing some market research and analysis of the brand, as well as being able to apply the main marketing theories to determine some primary marketing strategy and tactics;

  • Able to individually carry out accounting of basic financial budget for the brand marketing;

  • Able to perform basic brand and product marketing trainings;

  • Able to perform effective analysis and maintenance of some basic common market problems;

  • Having a sound team spirit and good organizational and communication skills, able to handle well public relations;

  • Having marketing staff professionalism, etc.


III. Intermediate marketing staff qualifications

In addition to basic qualities of marketing staff, have a full grasp of brand marketing strategic management and basic grasp of strategy management.


Specific requirements:

  • Able to lead the team to carry out an independent brand marketing operations and efficiently carry out the implementation of various marketing works and effectively achieve the results and marketing efforts;

  • Able to timely understand and detect problems in the marketing operations and to organize and maintain the market and brand marketing;

  • Able to perform systematic training of marketing theory and analysis of common cases;

  • Good public relations handling ability and sense of teamwork;

  • Intermediate marketing staff professionalism, etc.


IV. Sub-senior marketing staff

In addition to basic qualities of intermediate marketing staff, have full understanding of marketing concept and full grasp of strategy management.


Specific requirements:

  • Able to lead the team to carry out an independent management and operations of the brand marketing system;

  • Able to carry out systematic study and adjustment control of the comprehensive marketing financial analysis;

  • Able to perform independently analysis of marketing issues and to propose countermeasures;

  • Able to carry out comprehensive analysis of the industry market mastery and the concept of consumption;

  • Able to carry out systematic analysis of complex cases in the market;

  • Able to perform marketing theory and case analysis training;

  • Having the ability to timely handle the marketing public relations crisis;

  • Able to develop and enhance team collaboration;

  • Able to deeply understand and master the company’s operations and marketing concepts, and can effectively use the same in the work;、

  • Establishing sub-senior marketing staff professionalism and spirituality, being the model of influence, etc.


V. Senior marketing staff

In addition to basic qualities of sub-senior marketing staff, able to perform deep and effective systematic research and analysis of the marketing strategies and tactics and also being able to make a clear judgment of the difficult market problems and to develop systematic solutions and to implement such solutions.


Specific requirements:

  • Able to carry out systematic research and analysis of any new brand and to organize and to implement the overall operation of the brand, able to counter and solve the problems across the industry, program not limited to development of areas of financial analysis and synthesis of human resources;

  • Analysis of regional (China) consumer groups and grasp of consumer attributes, as well as effective application in development of marketing strategy and tactics;

  • Able to independently establish and monitor the system for brand marketing and the dynamic management of marketing, including research and experiments of innovative marketing and research and implementation of innovative marketing;

  • Able to carry out research of new marketing concept and operations according to the market change, and can guide the healthy development of the market, including analyzing marketing trends;

  • Able to train backbone marketing talents and build marketing team, develop and improve the marketing concepts to meet the company’s business ideas, having high social responsibility and personal qualities, able to become excellent example in a particular aspect.
