                     Kneipp® – Pioneer in the concept of health


One hundred twenty-three years ago, Sebastian Kneipp the “Father of European Spa” had created the brand Kneipp based on a health philosophy being natural and effective and Kneipp has now become one of the famous leading body care products vendor of Europe, with nearly 40 countries and regions worldwide selling its body care and bath products as well as nutritional supplements. A production process almost demanding ensures excellent qualities and best results of Kneipp products. Father Kneipp during his lifetime had established three foundations committed to human welfare and health undertakings: the Father’s home – the Sebastian Sanatorium established in 1891, the Children’s Home established in 1893 and the Kneipp Sanatorium established in 1896.


In addition to the brand being natural and ecological, Kneipp also advocates and strict implements low-carbon concept from production processes, basic materials as well as environmental protection and so on.

 

As the low-carbon environmental protection, public welfare, life rights and interests’ awareness being enhanced, Kneipp Group and the European Union organization have called for and banned animal testing for cosmetics. Kneipp Group has decided from late November to promote and implement this series of provisions and to replace and clarify the original packaging and related content.
